Fatah and Hamas show rare unity over ceasefire

There has been a rare show of unity between Fatah and Hamas supporters in Gaza.

Palestinians marched side by side with yellow Fatah and green Hamas flags to mark the ceasefire, with numbers swelling fast as news of the celebration spread.
