Netanyahu Urged to Declare Judea & Samaria Legal

A7:  Minister of Environmental Protection Gilad Erdan urged Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday to adopt the conclusion of the Levy report regarding Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria. The detailed report issued by retired Supreme Court Justice Edmond Levy declared all Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria totally legal under international law. Minister Erdan said he hoped the report, which was published in July, would enable Jewish residents to expand their communities and prevent forced evictions and demolitions.
