Palestinians to draft UN resolution on state recognition

Chief Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat said the Palestinian Authority would present the UN Security Council with a draft of a resolution declaring statehood in the coming days, the Ma'an news agency reported.

 The resolution is scheduled to be field during Bosnia's presidency. Erekat said he hoped the US would not veto the move. (Roee Nahmias)
