Temple Sacrifices Starting Again

As you know, Prophecy Dude says that prophetic events needing to be fulfilled have been fulfilled—there is nothing left to prevent the rapture of the church except Father God saying so. Currently, Jews do not practice the Old Testament sacrifices, but we know from reading prophetic scriptures from the Bible, these sacrificial practices will return and they will be in operation during the tribulation period:

 

Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.. 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4

 

 We see from this Bible passage that by the time the Antichrist initiates the abomination of desolation, which is three and a half years into the tribulation, the temple is already built for him to enter in order for him to cause the desolation. Daniel 9:27 clearly shows that up until that time, temple sacrifices were practiced. Daniel 11:31, and 12:11 also similarly state this.

 

Since the practice of temple sacrifices do not now exist, Prophecy Dude believes that the practice of sacrifices will be reinstated as a result of the war of the Arab nations led by Russia spoken of in Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39 where Russia and the Arab nations form a coalition against Israel.  Ezekiel describes the defeat to be so miraculous, that God will be sanctified in the hearts of Israelis by their realizing it was none other than God Himself who delivers them. Following that, the stricter religious practices will come back into being and along with that the sacrificial practice. The careful efforts of cleansing the land following that war is clearly mentioned indicating a national return of the Jews to the heart of God and the institution of all religious practices, which surely will include animal sacrifice.

 

Now that we have that established, it’s interesting to notice what is happening now regarding instituting animal sacrifices. The Temple Mount Institute of Jerusalem has filed suit for its right to sacrifice a sheep on the temple mount for Passover according to an article by Virtual Jerusalem. They say, “Jews have the right to offer animal sacrifices on the Temple Mount under Israeli law, the organization claimed. Israelis are guaranteed the right to freedom of worship, and Israel prides itself in allowing members of all faiths to access their holy sites.” But, of course the counter to that is the fact that if this is allowed, there is the Muslim conflict that will lead to all sorts of violence that usually starts with stone throwing and ends up with rockets and bulldozers.

 

The Temple Mount Institute is totally dedicated to, “…see Israel rebuild the Holy Temple on Mount Moriah in Jerusalem, in accord with the Biblical commandments.” Their goal is to bring about the building of the temple in their life time. Prophecy Dude believes that this group will have a direct impact on rebuilding the temple. The huge conflict here is the fact that the Islamic Al-Aksa Mosque and Dome of the Rock are situated on this site, so you can imagine the rumble that would happen if the Jews went up there with a big shiny knife and a baby lamb.

 

But, somehow, someway, the third temple will be built and sacrifices will be restored. The Bible says so, and it’s not far away. Prophecy Dude urges you to visit a totally fascinating website, www.templemount.org which is full of great information on the temple mount. And, yes, it is true, there is work being done in preparing the furniture and utensils for sacrifices.

           

There is another group, called the Temple Mount Faithful who have attempted to lay a foundation stone for the third temple, but, again, concern for riots had officials prevent them from doing so. They still have their stone poised and ready to place.

           

What about getting the priesthood together to perform the sacrificial rituals and other duties? Welcome the study of genetics! The priestly order has a common genetic marker, “that is characteristic of only 10% of the general Jewish population and nonexistent in gentiles.” (https://www.creationists.org/patrickyoung/article12.html ) So, these dudes can all be identified and easily readied for when the sacrifices begin.

           

Hey, it is all coming together. There are only a few pieces of the puzzle that are missing to complete the plan, and all of those will happen just immediately before (the rapture, the Ezekiel war) and the rest will be during the tribulation.
