The Devil just drove into town in a shiny new Mercedes
Lately he’s been struggling along with some old clunkers, not making a big impression, but now the Devil’s moved up and getting noticed. He’s driving a shiny new Mercedes and people are making room for him. He’s got their attention.
He’s tried different schemes in the past. Sometimes they worked for a while, but many times it all would end in failure. Back to the junkyard he’d go to see if he could try another car to carry him and his message.
All along he’s especially struggled in the United States. Oh, a few would listen and hop in his clunker, but there was never the revival for which he longed.
Then he came upon this shiny new Mercedes. The day he found it, he could hardly contain his excitement. He ran it out of gas the first day! And people started following him and listening to his message, and they accepted his message. They began to preach his message, and the revival was on!
The church is welcoming him because it would only be God driving a Mercedes, right? That message that those strict fundamentalists are preaching is hate, but the driver of the Mercedes comes with love and acceptance. We can be who we are because of where we are in life and that’s OK with the god of this message.
All of this is because of that shiny new car—a vehicle to carry his message, and a vehicle to spread his agenda.
The car tags say gay agenda.
And this is the vehicle that is changing everything in the United States. It’s a sweeping revival, a born again experience that is setting those who have been held captive free from ancient and dated moral standards.
Failure to Embrace Homosexuality Could See Nonprofits Lose Tax-Exempt Status
The followers of the black Mercedes are dancing while the sons of God are mourning.
Could it come to the point that churches could lose their tax-exempt status if they take a stand against accepting homosexuality as a legitimate lifestyle? That would not only mean that the churches would be subject to paying taxes, but they would not be able to offer their contributors a legal exemption for their personal taxes. The fear is people might not give generously.
I say let it happen! The United States is in a critical time in its history where bold and Godly men and women need to be speaking the truth from the pulpit and out in the streets. Failure to do so is not only condemning people to death, but relegating them to an eternity without God. This fear of losing the tax-exempt status is bondage.

Maybe it's time the church of America just hand that tax exempt status back. Our brothers and sisters in Iran and China and a slew of other countries don’t have a tax-exempt status to worry about and they are in true revival.

Those who really know God know he's not about a Mercedes. He comes on a donkey or rides on the back of an angel, but in the end, he's coming back on a white horse with fire in his eyes.
Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. Revelation 19:11-13
Oh, and no offence to those who drive a Mercedes. Uh, have you ever thought about a donkey?
