The Sign of the Blood Moons in 2014-15
After listening to Pastor JD Farag describe the overtly coincidental instances of blood moons precisely coinciding with Jewish feasts and wars, and after hearing him say that this unusual cycle will rock the world again in 2014-15, I became hooked with finding out more.
First of all, what is a ‘blood moon?’ It’s when a total lunar eclipse makes the moon appear red in color. Historically, there is a strong pattern of four consecutive blood moons in units, or tetrads, that connect with Jewish feasts and wars or scourges upon Israel.
According to research presented by Alf and Julie Saunders, there were four partial lunar eclipses occurring right around the crucifixion of Christ in 32 and 33 AD. After that, there were exactly seven tetrads and every one of them coincided with major Mideast events and the last few directly affected Israel. The one coming in 2014-15 will undoubtedly have significance for the Mideast.
Historical Tetrads
- 795-796 AD- Centuries of Arab invasions into Western Europe were ended by Holy Roman Empire King Charlemagne. These blood moons happened on Jewish Passover and Yom Kippur holidays.
- 842-843 AD-The Vatican was attacked and looted by Muslims from Africa. These blood moons happened on Jewish Passover and Yom Kippur. These blood moons happened on Jewish Passover and Yom Kippur holidays.
- 860-861 AD- The Byzantine Empire defeats invading Arab Armies and permanently stops their invasions into Eastern Europe. These blood moons happened on Jewish Passover and Yom Kippur holidays.
- 1492-1493- This was the Jewish Inquisition and expulsion of Jews from Spain. These blood moons happened during the Jewish Passover and Feast of Trumpets holidays.
- 1949-1950- The transition of Israel into a nation with wars and miracles involved. These blood moons happened during the Jewish Passover and Feast of Tabernacles holidays.
- 1967-1968- The Sixth Day War where Israel took back Jerusalem. These blood moons happened during the Jewish Passover and Feast of Tabernacles holidays.
The coming blood moons of 2014 and 2015 have a little more significance. Not only will there be four blood moons, but there will also be two solar eclipses. These will occur during Jewish Passover, the Feast of Tabernacles, and the Feast of Trumpets. Could all these extra signs with the additional feast mean something significant?
The number eight in the Bible means new beginnings. This eighth tetrad may have its significance as a sign for something new for Israel, and for the world.
If we follow the pattern here, we can surmise that something significant will take place in the Middle East and the sign of the blood moons and solar eclipses will confirm the significance of it. If I were to guess, I’d say there will be war events resulting in Israel not only gaining responsibility for more territory, but this will also put Israel in a place of peace setting them up for the future Ezekiel 38-39 event. Mrs. Prophecy Dude made a slap-in-the-face observation: Since Israel and the church are connected and what happens to Israel physically manifests in the church spiritually, look at the last major revivals. You can justifiably connect the Voice of Healing revivals of the late 40s and early 50s with the tetrad of that time. Then there is the Jesus Movement in the late 60s connected with the tetrad back then. Wouldn’t it be awesome for the last great revival to happen around the time of the next tetrad of blood moons and solar eclipses?
