The US Presidential Candidate Who Understands Israel

To put into focus how any nation should relate to Israel, The following scriptures should be used as a hitching post—where we need to be:

I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” Genesis 12:3

I will also gather all nations, and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will enter into judgment with them there on account of My people, My heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations; they have also divided up My land. Joel 3:2

For the day of the LORD upon all the nations is near; as you have done, it shall be done to you; your reprisal shall return upon your own head. Obadiah 1:15

The Bible is perfectly clear:  the nations that bless Israel will be blessed, and those who do not, will be cursed. So clear, so simple. This is why so many of us have had serious concern with President Obama’s approach to Israel, because we know the consequences for turning against Israel. Here are some blog posts where I’ve made those observations:

In another blog, Blessing or Curse; It’s Up to You I relate how all of this may be affecting the United States which includes the economy and weather. I’m an equal opportunist in this—I believe President Bust failed with Israel as well—or at least he certainly could have done better for the United States.

If nothing else but for an experiment, I’d like for the United States to try a president who supports Israel on for size. Let’s get one like that in and then see what happens to the United States. I think I have one in mind.

Although he hasn’t made a second run for the Whitehouse official, we all know former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee will run. He was recently in Israel saying all the right things that, if implemented, would bring blessings back to the United States.

He would move the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. This would be a bold move that would seal securely The United State’s support, and blessing, of Israel. He supports a Palestinian state, but not in Israel—he believes that the “postage-stamp-sized” Israel has been chopped enough. This is different language than what’s coming from the US’s current administration.

Huckabee’s been to Israel 15 times. Obama, 0 times; even though he’s been to several of the Muslim nations next to Israel. Well, you get the picture. Huckabee supports Israel and clearly understands the Biblical implications for being a nation who blesses Israel. That is what we need in the Whitehouse. I know there are lots of important ideas to consider when selecting the leader for the United States, but I really do believe it’s time to put supporting Israel at the top this time. End time events pivot on Israel and how a nation treats Israel will determine that nation’s destiny.

I do pray for President Obama to change his stance and improve relations with Israel. It’s detrimental for the United States, and the world since the US is a world leader and influencer. If he doesn’t, then we need someone who will support and bless Israel. It’s simple math:

Blessed Nation = US + Israel

Cursed Nation = US – Israel

Is there a candidate that attends a Christian Church every week stats say 90 percent of us pl believe in god. What percent r christian? If unity of the spirit caused all Christians to screen candidates according to their faith beliefs n practices before they knew they were running for president we'd stand better chance to discern a true christian
A pro Israel candidate should be only option for christian
