There’s an assault on the sexual identity of the church—It’s the last mountain for the gender-benders to climb.

The blurring of sexual identity happening now began with the goal of destroying the church. Men and women who engage in changing sexual and gender identity are mere puppets of a greater influencing power seeking to destroy the mission of the church.

The male husband represents Christ and the female wife represents the church.

So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church. For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church. Ephesians 5:28-32

This is the mystery Satan hates and the mystery he seeks to destroy. He hates marriage between a male and a female so he demonstrates his mockery for the plan of God with same sex marriage. After God promised and provided a plan of restoration in Genesis 3:15, Satan began to introduce this mockery of homosexuality.

And now Satan has crossed the portals of the church to land his weapon at the altar.

The latest effort to destroy the distinction of Christ and the church represented in the married male and female is to combine the two into one via the transgender assault. The Satanic message here is, “you don’t need the mystery.” You don’t need God, you can rebel even your body and be what you desire, for the sake of the right to rebel. Simply, you can be your own god and design your own destiny.

No surprise here. This “church” is a mausoleum for wickedness. It hums with the power of darkness. Humanism is celebrated in stained glass and books of the occult are peddled in its “Christian” bookstore.

The deliberate movement down the sexual identity trail is truly heartbreaking. The power of sin is illegitimatized once the body crosses into the action. The momentum leads to death and destruction. Confusion is found along that disastrous and haphazard trail.

Humanity’s great fall is that it celebrates options, and a fact that everyone should have rights to several options. The social-morality slide creates options where none existed. Rather than rejoice in the comfort of limited options, humanity is lured to unlimited options. Facebook now caters to these sexual identity whims:

You don’t have to identify as male or female on Facebook anymore. The social media giant is adding a customizable option with about 50 different terms people can use to identify their gender as well as three preferred pronoun choices: him, her or them.

The acrid smoke emanating from hell shouts that you have unlimited options; there are many ways to be who you want to be. If you don’t like it, change it—several times if need be. It’s a strong, compelling invitation that scoffs at the narrow invitation of Christ.

It’s only the narrow way with limited options that leads to greatness and eternal life. There is only one, narrow way, and it’s through Christ. No other.
